Seizing the Opportunities Offered by Excellence

For a typical drug manufacturing plant, the successful implementation of Lean and Six Sigma practices could result in estimated annual savings of 3,500 in maintenance costs and 2,600 in quality costs per employee. Unfortunately, few managers are aware of what they can do to benefit from these opportunities.
