Enhancing the Bioavailability of Insoluble Drug Compounds

Despite efforts to either chemically modify discovery compounds, or to simply discount those that present difficulties, the putative efficacy of compounds which otherwise have very high affinities for the target is too compelling to ignore – particularly when insoluble compounds make up close to half of the leads generated.
