Informed Genomics Limited announces new Chief Executive Officer


Informed Genomics Limited – a private UKAS accredited cancer genetic testing laboratory offering comprehensive sequencing services – has appointed Simon Davis, their Commercial Director, as their new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Simon’s experience and proven track record of commercial success within the life science and MedTech industries over the past 20 years aligns with Informed Genomics’ growth strategy and mission to provide accessible genomic testing, enabling earlier diagnosis, personalised treatments and improved patient outcomes.

Simon developed his career within global pharmaceutical companies in commercial leadership roles, before moving to a clinical genomics company as Commercial Director in 2018. He joined Informed Genomics as Commercial Director in May 2023.
Informed Genomics offers clinical and research-based sequencing services to the NHS, academia and private healthcare companies. In November 2023, they announced a partnership with Bupa insurance to launch the GALEAS™ Bladder test, which detects bladder cancer by picking up genetic markers in urine samples.
