24 February 2026 -- London, UK -- PMGroup Worldwide Ltd are pleased to announce the acquisition of Laboratory News magazine and website, together with Laboratory Talk website, from Synthesis Media. Laboratory News has for more than 50 years been a leading resource for lab professionals across industry, CROs, public institutions and academia, supporting scientists and technicians working in healthcare, life sciences, chemicals, materials and environmental science.

Now, under its new owners, who operate numerous B2B brands and events in the UK and overseas across the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare sectors, the title will benefit from the PMGroup Worldwide Ltd’s extensive resources and global reach.

Combined with its sister website Laboratory Talk — a supplier-driven platform for products, applications and white papers — Laboratory News will be able to offer a comprehensive and enhanced engagement and marketing platform for the laboratory sector.
